By participating in this filming session, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to be filmed. You grant Melanated in the 6ix and their business owners to the unrestricted right to use, distribute, and publish the footage, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, commercial, or other uses. You further understand that this consent is provided without any expectation of compensation now or in the future.You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product and any associated materials. This agreement is binding and extends to all media, now known or hereafter developed.
The shooting schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the show. The Contestant agrees that cheerful co-operation and punctuality by all members of the Event staff are therefore essential to that purpose. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time agreed by both parties.
