Food Locker Order Form

🟩 Welcome to GRIN Pick-Up Lockers
GRIN Pick-Up Lockers let your family pick up food at a time that works for you — day or night. You’ll use this form to select the types of items your household can use. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a text message and an email with a code to access your locker. The email will come from [email protected] (Please check your spam or junk folder just in case.)

📦 Order & Pickup Details
• Orders are typically filled within 5 days. • You must provide a working email address, or a mobile number that receives texts. (Standard data and messaging rates may apply.) • You will have 48 hours to pick up your order once you’re notified it’s ready. • After 48 hours, the order will be removed and you’ll need to submit a new request.

⚠️ Missed Pick-Up Policy
Each order takes time to prepare, and missed pickups can lead to wasted food. If you miss two locker pickups, your access to the locker service will be paused for 2 months. During that time, you’re still welcome to visit GRIN’s in-person pantry for support. Please only place a request if you’re confident you’ll be able to pick it up within 5 days.
