Utilizing a network of computers and sensors, our innovative system provides instant updates on parking availability, streamlines navigation for a seamless experience and we have more plans in the pipeline. As we expand rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our energetic  team and be a part of this exciting journey from the ground up. Role:

You will have the autonomy to build, maintain, and grow your own client base, with the full support of senior leaders at your side. We are looking for someone passionate about sales and dedicated to making the public's lives easier and more efficient. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales pipelines, scheduling and conducting meetings, performing in-person demonstrations, and closing deals. As the face of the company, you will engage directly with potential clients, gathering valuable feedback to share with our product team. The commission structure is generous, with details provided during the interview process, and upon closing your first deal, you will transition to a full-time salaried position.

This role is a great position for someone ready to take their next step in sales and take the lead in a tech startup and be part of a supportive close knit team all pulling in the direction of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers

Promote company products and achieve sales targets

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

- Monitor customer demands and market trends

- Develop and implement sales strategies

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

- Manage the sales process from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction

- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with garage owners, municipalities, airports, malls, and train stations to promote Creative Parking Solutions' products and services.

- Monthly sales targets, define sales strategies, and contribute to the development of our sales department.

- Conduct in-person product demonstrations to showcase our groundbreaking parking solution.

- Engage with potential clients to explain the benefits and features of our product.

- Secure contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Key Qualifications:


- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a technology environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain a technological product.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Local to Trumbull, CT, or surrounding areas, with the ability to travel for client meetings.
- Preferably experienced in parking systems or similar industries
- Customer-oriented work ethic
- Results-driven and proactive approach
- Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
