A Way in the Waters: The Second Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of the Great Lakes

Please fill out this form to submit a nomination for election at the Second Convention of The Episcopal Diocese of the Great Lakes. You can nominate yourself or another person using this form. A new form must be filled out for each new nomination.  

Please note that, according to churchwide and diocesan policy, all those elected are required to have completed Safe Church, Safe Communities training (previously called "Safeguarding") and a Dismantling Racism training. You will be asked to provide information about your most recent training or to indicate the date by which the training will be completed.
