The SILA retreats edition #2 - October 9-12

Thank you for your interest in our new SILA retreat, STRENGTH & YOGA, organized on October 9-12 in the Catalan land in Spain 🌞. We will be delighted to welcome you in the beautiful Mas Can Pons Xic!
We would love to see you there and we need some information about you.
The plan : strength training, cardio, yoga with focus - flexibility, hips, mobility, walks and visits, runs and last but not least a cooking class hosted by our local chef!

Sport's Fire
Let it all out under the radiant Spanish sun! Our workouts are crafted to ignite your enery and push you past your limits, all set against the stunning backdrop of nature. Your muscles will burn, the sweat will drip, and every drop will be worth it! It’s not just about fitness, it’s about unlocking your fire.
Yoga's Air
After the effort, we will go back to breathing and restoring ourselves for a bit. Yoga becomes the sweetness and relief we need. Stretch, breath consciously and let the sun war your skin. Every flow, whether dynamic or slow will help you reconnect to yourself. Rest your body, rest your mind. 
Trainings for all levels, bodies and age. Individual progression.

Our chef, Rodi, has imagined a culinary stopover between his Lebanese roots and the Catalan land.

You will journey from one shore to the other: the conviviality of the mezze meets the flavors of the Barcelona market,
the spices of the Levant blend with Mediterranean softness.
Each meal becomes a shared breath, crafted to nourish strength, momentum, and joy before diving back into motion.

The must: A 2-hour cooking class designed just for you, so you can head back home with new skills and proudly say you cook like a pro!

The house is located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Barcelona Airport, and don't worry: your transfers are fully taken care of. Arrival at the house is scheduled around 6:00 pm.

9:30 AM – Energizing cardio session to get the body moving

3:00 PM – Free time: explore, relax, or take a walk
5:00 PM – Gentle practice: yoga, stretching, and deep unwinding
7:30 PM – Shared dinner to end the day on a cozy note
