Thank you for choosing Otopi Wellness. Before proceeding to your purchase, please review & sign the following terms. This agreement helps us stay clear, respectful, and aligned as we work together.

What You’re Agreeing To:

By purchasing and scheduling this service, you understand and agree that:

✔ I am not a doctor, therapist, or licensed medical professional.

✔ This service does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions.

✔ The hair follicle scan is epigenetic in nature and is non-diagnostic — it provides insight into stressors and nutritional patterns to support your wellness journey.
✔ You are participating voluntarily and agree that the information provided is for personal wellness insight only, not medical advice.

Booking, Refunds & Timing:

✔ All sales are final. This is a non-refundable service.

✔ Purchase only when you’re ready to any product.

✔ Once your kit is delivered to your door, you have 30 days to return your hair sample and complete your consultation.

✔ You will receive your booking link to schedule with us after your scan is complete.

✔ Your results will be shared during you scheduled session ✔ Orders are generally processed during regular business hours. On rare occasions, they may be processed outside of those hours, but this is not guaranteed.

Your Responsibility:

✔ You understand that you are responsible for your part in the process and the results you seek.
✔ Our work together is a collaborative effort — the more you engage, the more value you’ll receive.
✔ You are encouraged to ask questions and use the insights to support real-life changes in your food, environment, and wellness routine.

Privacy & Consent

✔ Your personal information, scan data, and results are kept 100% private and confidential unless you give written permission to share.
✔ You agree that you will not record, photograph, or screenshot our session or materials without express permission.

✔ Likewise, Otopi Wellness and its consultants do not consent to being recorded, photographed, or documented without prior agreement. ✔ If you feel it’s necessary to document any part of our work together by use of technology, you must request and receive my first.

Other Important Notes:

✔ This is a cash-based wellness service, not typically covered by insurance.

✔ You’re welcome to seek reimbursement on your own, but it is not the responsibility of Otopi Wellness or its partners.
✔ You confirm that you are not acting as an agent for any regulatory or investigative body
