A B2B SaaS company, recently acquired by a leading operator-led PE firm, is looking to bring on a Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO, you will oversee all Finance, FP&A, HR operations, and business strategy, partnering closely with the CEO and President to refine pricing, lead M&A due diligence, and manage post-merger integrations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for implementing scalable financial processes- such as reporting, budgeting, and deferred revenue modeling- and ensuring compliance across international entities. This is a lean environment where you’ll roll up your sleeves to build, professionalize, and optimize the finance function from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of finance leadership in a SaaS/tech setting (PE-backed experience is strongly preferred), a proven track record in FP&A and subscription-based modeling, and the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Bonus points for M&A integration experience and an investment banking background.
