• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events with a focus on operational talent pools.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through effective recruitment processes.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear, timely communication, smooth interview coordination, and thoughtful touchpoints.
• Onboarding Support: Partner with People Operations to support the onboarding process, including facilitating pre-boarding tasks, documentation, system access, and coordinating first-day readiness.
• Candidate Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruitment and onboarding, providing professional and timely responses.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency in workflows and compliance with hiring best practices.
• Feedback: Establish and manage feedback loops with candidates, new hires, and hiring managers to improve our recruitment and onboarding processes continuously.
• Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology where appropriate to increase efficiency.•
