I've created this form to help me get to know you better and determine whether we would be a good fit for each other.

Just a few things to keep in mind -

1. My charges are ₹2500 for a 60-minute session.

2. I highly encourage answering the questions in as much detail as you can. This would greatly simplify our work together.

3. Please do not fill this form to request urgent help in a crisis situation. I'd recommend calling a crisis helpline for that.
