Become a Volunteer!

We’re excited you’re interested in volunteering with Ember Sessions! Volunteers are the heart of our events, helping create a welcoming, smooth, and inspiring experience for our guests.

Below are the roles available. Pick one that you’d like to try. If your first choice is full, you may be offered another role if you're open to it.

1. Guest Experience Coordinator: Check people in, greet them warmly, and set the tone for an unforgettable experience. 2. Content Coordinator: Help document the event through video clips so we can share the experience with others. 3. Stage Coordinator: Help with transitions between speakers, coordinate logistics, and make sure the event generally runs smoothly.
