At Pleasure Print Studios, we pride ourselves on crafting unique, high-quality 3D-printed fetish paddles designed for your pleasure and satisfaction. Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure hygiene, product integrity, and customer satisfaction within reasonable limits.

All sales are final on custom or personalized items.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only):

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Evidence of the defect/damage (e.g., clear photos) will be required. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover the return shipping cost of the incorrect item. 2. This includes any paddle where the design process involved direct customer input beyond standard options. Items on Sale or Clearance: All sales of discounted or clearance items are final. "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about your purchase. Initiating a Return or Exchange (for Eligible Items): To initiate a return or exchange for an eligible item, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within the specified timeframe (see Section 1). Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item. Assessment: Our team will review your request and contact you within 5 business days with instructions. Return Shipping (if applicable): For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs once the item is received and inspected. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging (if applicable). Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out a replacement within [ 5-7] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 4. Product Care & Durability: Please be aware that while our 3D-printed paddles are designed for durability and strength, they are subject to wear and tear over time, especially with vigorous use. Proper care (cleaning according to instructions, avoiding extreme temperatures, etc.) will extend the life of your product. This policy does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
