EUDIS Matchmaking - Bpifrance European Defence Week

We invite you to apply for our next onsite EUDIS Matchmaking event, taking place during the European Defence Week in Paris, France, on October 29, 2025. The deadline to apply is September 12th!

European Defence Week is a flagship event that brings together startups, investors, corporates, defence officials, and EU institutions to drive innovation in the European defence and dual-use ecosystem. Taking place in Paris and organised by Bpifrance in collaboration with EUDIS Matchmaking, the event features high-level panels, targeted matchmaking, startup pitching sessions, and strategic networking opportunities. It fosters cross-border and cross-sector collaboration to shape the future of European security and technological leadership.

Why apply to join EUDIS Matchmaking at European Defence Week?

Join Europe’s flagship defence innovation platform | European Defence Week is one of the most significant gatherings for defence innovation in Europe, bringing together startups, investors, corporates, defence officials, and policymakers for five days of high-level networking, expert panels, and strategic matchmaking.

Pitch your innovation on stage | We will select 5 startups to pitch in the Space for Defence session and 5 startups in the Autonomy for Defence session. Gain direct exposure to key stakeholders including top-tier investors and corporates.

High-level panel participation | Take part in dedicated panels alongside leading investors and government representatives, covering the most pressing challenges and opportunities in defence-space and autonomous technologies.

Strategic networking & matchmaking | Connect with 200+ stakeholders, including venture funds, corporates, and policymakers. Participants will also receive access to the Brella matchmaking app to plan targeted 1:1 meetings throughout the week.

Presence at the EUDIS booth | EUDIS innovators will be represented at the dedicated booth throughout the week. Use the space to connect with other stakeholders, share your materials, and increase your visibility in the heart of the venue.

Invitation-only side events | Benefit from access to high-level sessions and exclusive networking moments, including the Defence After Hours cocktail co-hosted by EUDIS Matchmaking.

*Please note: 

- Travel and accommodation costs for the onsite event are not covered by EUDIS.

- Only a limited number of startups will be selected to join the event, as part of the EUDIS Matchmaking delegation.
