Wedding Planner & Coordinator
Coast & Gather is a wedding company in Chattanooga, Tennessee working to create beautiful events and document timeless memories for couples.
Coast & Gather is looking for a Wedding Planner & Coordinator. In this role, you will report to the owners of Coast & Gather and will be the lead for couples and vendors on wedding days.
Responsibilities Include:
- You will be responsible for contacting booked couples, vendors, formulating timelines, entering client data in our planning software, and coordinating rehearsal and wedding day events.
- Most weddings are on weekends and shifts can vary from 2 to 10+ hours depending on the package selected by the couple.
- Communicating with couples prior to their wedding day to go over logistics and details.
- Communicating with vendors prior to wedding days to ensure arrival times, go over logistics and details.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Position is semi-remote. Must be able to travel to Chattanooga, TN and surrounding area venues. May also include meetings with booked couples prior to wedding days.
- Careful attention to detail, timelines, and extremely organized.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and project management abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on your feet 10+ hours per event.
Job Description & Benefits:

- Paid per event; length of events can vary from 2 to 10+ hours of coverage
