- You've consistently produced winning Facebook ad scripts that delivered profitable ROAS
- You’re passionate about understanding consumer psychology deeply and apply these insights naturally in your work
- You have 5+ years of E-commerce Facebook Ads Creative Strategy and implementation experience with a focus on direct response
- You have 5+ years of experience in leading teams in the Facebook Ads department
- You love data. You’re able to analyze, gather insights and lead optimization tests based on key metrics like sales, CTR, CPC, ATC rate etc.
- You’re very well organized, responsible and great at Project Management
- You have an intermediate level of copywriting skills - this skill is a huge plus but not necessary
