Setter Application

As an appointment setter you'll be reaching out to people who follow us through our ads.

Your job is to:

- Engage with warm leads via DM

- Build rapport and qualify potential clients using a proven script

- Ask the right questions to uncover their goals and challenges

- Guide them to book a call with our sales team if they’re a fit

- Follow up consistently with interested leads

You’ll be handling a high volume of 100-200+ (and expected to handle more).

What You Can Expect:

✅ A proven system with SOP's to convert leads into booked calls.

✅ A minimum KPI of 2 booked calls per day

✅ Uncapped commission – the more calls you book, the more you earn

✅ A growth-driven environment with coaching and support

This role is ideally full-time, remote, and performance-based.

You’ll be trained on our system and supported with coaching to help you succeed.
