Learn how to weave a long fabric with Heddle Loom Weaving!
This is a 3-hour intro class to weaving on a Heddle Loom. A Heddle Loom lets you weave a longer fabric while learning how a traditional loom operates. You will take home your finished piece which can be a table runner or a scarf.
The allotted time is 3-4 hours for an intro class. It may seem long but you’ll find yourself wanting to weave more when our time is up!
By the end of our session, you’ve learned the basic principles of operating a loom and a lot about our traditional weaving practice here in the Philippines.
Yes! Kids 5 y/o (my youngest student was a 4-year-old) and up are welcome to join. Classes below are all kid and beginner-friendly regardless of age.
- Workshop fee per head is Php4,500. You'll be asked to transfer your payment in this form to complete your reservation. This will also help us in covering the time and materials fee that comes with your workshop pass.
- All sales are final once payment is settled. The workshop pass is NOT transferrable or refundable but can be rescheduled if we’re informed at least 3 days ahead of our workshop date. This will help us have enough time to adjust to the changes.
- We take photos and videos during classes to help us with promotions. Rest assured that I take your consent before I use my camera and show you the output as well. If you are not comfortable with this, you are welcome to let me know during the workshop day or send me a message. Thank you for your cooperation!
