Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Okay Done. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development within a marketing agency. This role is crucial for driving new business opportunities, securing client meetings, and increasing revenue for our agency.

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Activate all channels to identify and attract potential clients for Okay Done.
Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings for our partners to pitch services or personally conduct pitches to potential clients.
Revenue Growth: Focus on finding clients and securing contracts to increase the agency’s revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed targets based on the number of clients closed and revenue generated.
Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in a marketing agency (mandatory).
Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing clients.
Strong understanding of the marketing industry and client needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
