By checking this box you agree that if you are unavailable on the box drop off date you will notify Store Your Dorm ([email protected]) you are unavailable at least 1 week before the date and will coordinate with us to drop off your boxes or request they be shipped. Additionally, if you are submitting this form after the box drop date has passed, you need to reach out to Store Your Dorm ([email protected]) to coordinate delivery of your boxes.
