• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
Manage office supplies, groceries, and stationery orders to keep everything stocked (Cape Town and Paarl Offices).
• Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and service providers to maintain office functionality.
• Assist with office security, visitor access, and front-desk coordination.
• Track and process office-related expenses and invoices with the help of the Finance Team.
