LA in Common Ecosystem Founding Member Waitlist
Over the last month we've talked about what the next evolution of LA in Common will look like. We're more than just throwing fun events but an actual community that helps and relies on one another - we're an ecosystem of purpose-driven entrepreneurs and professionals.
LA in Common is going to be the ideal environment for promotion, knowledge sharing, moral support, collaboration, and play. Here's what these will look like in practice:
Sales and marketing are the lifeblood to a business. You'll join forces with other collaborators to co and cross promote your events on Instagram, TikTok, and email and drive sales and attendance to your business. This is the truest form of ecosystem at work. Here's what promotion at LA in Common will look like:
- Collaborator instagram and TikTok content
- Partner with community-sourced brands and products to co-promote and increase the value of your offerings
- Demo Day to present what you're building to the larger LA in Common community
Sometimes you don't have all the answers, and that's ok. LA in Common will facilitate IRL and digital forums so you can get the answers you're looking for. Searching for how to build community from the ground up? We'll give you access to someone who's successfully built their community from 0-1 and monetized. Here's what knowledge sharing will look like at LA in Common:
- Fireside panels and Topic-specific Workshops
- 1:1 coffee chats with fellow LA in Common members and personal contacts
Building anything is tough. Building alone is near impossible. If you've tried to start anything you know the journey isn't for the faint of heart. LA in Common will set you up with fellow builders to encourage, challenge, and walk alongside you. Here's what that will look like:
- Accountability pods and weekly sprints to share progress, maintain and clarify vision, and crowdsource solutions
-1:1 Coaching and Mentorship from trusted individuals who can help you get to where you want to go
When you're building something you believe in, you need to know who you can partner with and trust. You also can't build alone, it helps to co-create with someone who has the same vision as you. LA in Common will be a trusted network of vetted individuals who are savvy, building something similar to you, and will work just as hard as you to bring the vision to life. Here are a couple ways we plan to facilitate this:
- Directory of peer contacts, venues, and brand sponsors
- Partner with people who want to support and bring your event to life with onsite help
Work with no play isn't a recipe for your success. But playing with people who don't understand you and what you're building isn't the solution either. LA in Common will put on exclusive, member-only events so you can recharge with people who understand what you're going through. Here's what that will look like:
- All LA in Common events will be free or heavily discounted (where we can help it) for you to attend, with free +1's
- Limited edition, off-menu Chef dinners
- Unique partnership events with products and brands who love LA in Common
- Casual, neighborhood-specific dinners with fellow builders
