The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercial‑grade motion designer/video producer who can concept, script (or co‑script), and deliver cinematic “Pattern Interrupt” videos that follow a Hero’s Journey:
- Setup – Show the prospect’s day‑to‑day chaos (humorous or exaggerated).
- Conflict – Heighten the tension, stakes, or absurdity.
- Resolution – Introduce the seller’s product as the game‑changer.
- CTA – End with the prospect thriving- then invite them to book a meeting.

What You’ll Do
- Concept & Storyboard eye‑catching outreach videos with room for dynamic personalization (names, logos, screenshots).
- Write or Refine Scripts in a conversational, playful tone
- Design & Animate in semi‑realistic 3D or cinematic 2D (After Effects, Blender, C4D, etc.).
- Audio Designing: upbeat soundtrack, punchy sound design.
Deliver:
- Final MP4 (videos that can be used cross-platform)
- Editable project files & modular scene structure
- Style guide (colors, fonts, character refs)
- Collaborate closely with our founding team to iterate fast and hit a high polish bar.
What You Bring
- 4+ years creating short‑form commercial or advertising content (agency, brand, or freelance).
- Portfolio/reel featuring story‑led motion graphics or animated ads.
- Mastery of After Effects + at least one 3D package (Blender, C4D, Maya, etc.).
- Sharp storytelling instincts- understand pacing, audience hook‑building, and humor.
- Experience exporting modular assets that downstream teams can personalize at scale.
Bonus points for:
- Writing chops or copywriting partners.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or personalized video tech.
- Comfort working in fast‑moving startup environments.
