Unlearn Your Pain

This form is an expression of interest for working one-on-one with Max Shen and Tanner Holman. Our aim is to work with you to resolve your pain as rapidly as we can.

Briefly, what have you tried for addressing your pain? (e.g. PT, saw doctor, acupuncture, ...)

Pricing

Initial call is free — we often point people to other resources or practitioners who might be a better fit.
The total cost is $5k for 8 weeks of advising plus substantial take-home work.
Half upfront, and half when you've resolved pain to your satisfaction.

By submitting interest, you acknowledge that you are setting a serious intention to put aside time (~1h/day) and emotional space to address your chronic pain.
