Crafting Your Program

These questions have been developed working with thousands of companies at a high level. It is important you take it seriously - so we then, will take the output (your "walkthrough" guide) seriously.

The Offer

Break down your offer in as SUCCINCT detail as possible. What you are selling, and why is it valuable (this will tell us how much work/expertise we need to bring in)
Describe the competitive landscape and key differences of your solution - i.e pricing, ticket size, is most important
How much evidence do you have? We are talking big case studies, big #s, fancy decks/websites - video proof. Please compare based on your closest competitor in size/stage.
These questions help us recruit people for your company - leads, comission only sales people, marketers in your niche who can refer business - the ticket size gets them excited.

Audience

If you have multiple products or multiple pithes, list them here in order of priority.
Please describe the target audience (in terms of COMPANIES - industry etc) as specifically as possible. Note if they have already bought your product/been case studies
Please describe the target audience in terms of PEOPLE - include only variables we can find in a target list like seniority, location etc.
Please describe the psychographic of your audience. What are their wants, needs and concerns, and how does it tie into what you are selling?

Context

how long is your sales cycle? how important is receivables/revenue? (i.e can you wait?)
Do you get leads now? if so - please describe where they come from. (inbound, outbound - specific website, specific referral
How many a week? please only count BOOKED meetings that show up, and are demos/related to sales (no podcasts/customer support)
