Your participation in the Retreat does not create any therapist-patient or other treatment relationship between you and Attachment Nerd or any of its representatives. Attachment Nerd assumes no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the content or other information provided during the Retreat. Always consult your qualified healthcare professionals with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned during the Retreat.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand and acknowledge that your participation in the Retreat involves inherent risks, which may result in various types of harm, including but not limited to physical injury and emotional distress. These risks may arise from your own actions as well as the actions of other participants. You willingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the Retreat.
COVENANT NOT TO SUE
You agree not to initiate any lawsuits or other legal actions against Attachment Nerd, nor will you join in any such proceedings, for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Retreat, even if caused by Attachment Nerd's negligence or omission.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attachment Nerd and any of its affiliates from any legal claims, demands, or expenses (including attorney's fees) that may arise from your actions or your participation in the Retreat.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information and interactions shared during the Retreat are held in the strictest confidence. You may not share the identity, stories, or experiences of any other Retreat participant or instructor without their expressed consent.
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
You are fully responsible for your well-being during the Retreat, including your choices and decisions. The Retreat aims to facilitate the creation and development of personal and professional goals; however, the outcomes are not guaranteed. Your commitment and follow-through are crucial to the success of your Retreat experience.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
You agree to respect the diversity of participants, including but not limited to their race, nationality, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Discriminatory or derogatory language will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion without a refund.
REPRESENTATION
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are emotionally, medically, and physically able to participate in the Retreat.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior oral agreements or understandings related to the Retreat. It may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms.
