How it Works

Step 1️⃣ Submit your Job Description by filling out this form.
When you submit your role and non-refundable posting fee of $2,000, we'll share it with our vetted directory of community managers while we personally review candidates to identify your best matches. The posting fee can be paid in full or in two installments.
Step 2️⃣ Receive curated recommendations & our top 2-3 picks
Within 2-3 weeks, we'll send you a personalized list of community managers who match your specific needs, budget, and community type - saving you hours of screening. You'll also receive our personalized recommendations highlighting the top matches from our qualified network.
Step 3️⃣ Hire, pay, and onboard.
When you make a hire through our network, your placement fee depends on the rate of your community manager's first month of compensation. For new hire monthly rates of $2,000 or less, you do not owe anything more. For new hire monthly rates greater than $2,000, Ember will invoice you for the monthly rate minus the $2,000 posting fee you've already paid.
At this stage, your new hire receives 6 months of strategic support through our Community and Course, plus direct access to Ember Fractionals Co-Founders Bri & Kristen.
