How it Works

When you submit your role and non-refundable posting fee of $999, we'll share it with our vetted directory of community managers while we personally review candidates to identify your best matches.

Step 2️⃣ Receive curated recommendations & our top 2-3 picks

Within 3-4 weeks, we'll send you a personalized list of community managers who match your specific needs, budget, and community type - saving you hours of screening. You'll also receive our personalized recommendations highlighting the top 2-3 matches from our qualified network.

Step 3️⃣ Hire, pay, and onboard.

When you make a hire through our network, you pay a one-time placement fee equal to your community manager's first month of compensation (minimum $2,000). Your $999 posting fee is credited toward this payment. Your new hire receives 6 months of strategic support through our Community and Course, plus direct access to Ember Fractionals Co-Founders Bri & Kristen.
