When you submit your role and the non-refundable posting fee of $2,069, we'll share it with our vetted directory of community managers while we personally review candidates to identify your best matches. The posting fee can be paid in full or in two installments.

Within 2-3 weeks, we'll send you a personalized list of community managers who match your specific needs, budget, and community type - saving you hours of screening. You'll also receive our personalized recommendations highlighting the top matches from our qualified network.
Step 3️⃣ Hire, pay, and onboard.
When you make a hire through our network, the placement fee is equivalent to the rate of your community manager's first month of compensation, paid upon hiring the Fractional Community Manager. The posting fee of $2,069 is prorated to the placement fee.
For example, if you hire a community manager for $2,500 per month, first you will pay the posting fee for $2,069 and once hired, you will be billed for the remaining $431. Or if you hire a community manager for a $800 monthly retainer, you will only be required to pay the posting fee and no additional placement fee.
