I agree to the rental duration of two (2) hours prior to the event’s scheduled start time through the conclusion of the event. I understand that any delays in return, removal, or pickup beyond one (1) hour after the event end time may result in a late return fee of $25 per hour.
I have reviewed the customization details I submitted, and confirm all wording, spelling, and design selections are correct.
I understand that I am responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items while they are in my care or control.
I understand that mirrors are fragile and must be handled with care. I agree that any damage, including cracks, scratches, or breakage, will result in full replacement charges of at least two hundred dollars ($350.00) per mirror.
I acknowledge that cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
I understand that Aubrey May is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from the use or display of rental items.
I authorize Aubrey May to use photos of the signage at my event for marketing and social media purposes unless I notify her in writing.
I understand that full payment for my rental is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to my event date. I acknowledge that failure to submit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of my booking.
