I despise AI! I ignore any creator that uses AI. If you don't use AI, I promise to be your greatest superfan; buy everything you offer, share everything you publish, signal-boost everything, etc.

Using it as a research tool is fine. But outsourcing writing, creativity, or artistic work to it is a slippery slope.

If you can strike a balance between using AI as a tool, without outsourcing everything to it, while keeping your unique tone and insights, why not?
