Each project must begin within 3 months of the initial request in order for us to allocate resources and maintain production timelines efficiently.
Samples Development Options

Once the following elements are confirmed — Formulas, Packaging, Artwork, Pricing, MOQs, and Production Start Date — you can choose between two sampling options:
Option 1: Advanced Sample Development
Includes up to 3 rounds of samples with formula adjustments based on your feedback.
đź’ł Requires 50% upfront payment (applied toward final production cost).
Option 2: Single Round Sample Development
Includes 1 round of product sample based on the confirmed formula.
đź’° $200 USD per product sample (non-refundable and not deducted from production cost).

To begin packaging production, we require finalized artwork files in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format.
Please let us know:Do you need support from our freelance designer to create your packaging artwork, or will you be providing it yourself?
If needed, our experienced freelance designers can assist with custom artwork creation for a one-time design fee. Pricing depends on the number of SKUs and packaging types.
