We’re scaling up our reach by building an influencer partner network—and we’re looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to drive that growth.
Role Summary:
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing content creators who will promote Learnrithm AI through social media. You’ll ensure each influencer is set up properly in our system and supported in creating engaging, on-brand content. Your goal is to grow our user base through strong creator partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to educational, lifestyle, and productivity influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Handle full onboarding: collect influencer details (name, email, social handles) and submit them to the Learnrithm team to generate custom promo codes
• Add influencers to the LemonSqueezy dashboard using their email, so they can track their sales and commissions in real-time
• Provide influencers with their unique promo code, basic brand materials, and guidance for creating content
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, answering questions and helping them improve their performance
• Monitor sales and engagement from each influencer and provide monthly performance reports
• Suggest campaign ideas and improvements to grow the partner program
Requirements:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (especially in SaaS or EdTech is a bonus)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, LemonSqueezy, Notion, and general influencer tools
• Familiarity with content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Compensation:
• 10% of the total revenue earned by the content creators you manage
• Monthly payments based on tracked sales via LemonSqueezy
