I understand that the event involves physical activity using adaptive fitness equipment, and I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss that may result from participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the event staff.

I grant Kangsters Inc. and its partners permission to take photographs, audio, and video recordings of me during the event. I agree that these materials may be used, without compensation, for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in print, online, and social media. I understand that I can request not to be photographed by notifying the staff at the time of check-in.

I consent to the collection and use of my personal information provided in this form for the purpose of event registration, communication, and follow-up. My data will not be sold or shared with third parties without my consent, except where legally required.

To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, I agree to remove any powered assistive devices (e.g., SmartDrive) before participating in gameplay. I will notify event staff of any health concerns that may affect my participation.

I understand that competition winners will be determined based on performance and fair play. Prize distribution is at the sole discretion of the event organizer, and raffle prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Kangsters Inc. reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant from the event who does not adhere to these terms or who engages in behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
