Building alone can be isolating and lonely. This group is for Berlin-based founders, solopreneurs and indie builders who want a small, serious circle to exchange tactics, share progress, and meet in person.

Format

- WhatsApp group capped at 20 members (with diverse representation) - Offline, informal or ad-hoc meetups (coffee, lunch, or an event) - Kickoff meeting within 3 weeks of launch (in Kreuzberg)

Membership criteria

- Actively working on a project (not just aspiring) - Based in Berlin and willing to attend in-person meetings, ad-hoc coffees, beers or events - Contribute at least one weekly update, resource or is active in the chat - (optional) Take a turn hosting an in-person meetup

Rules

- Share meaningful updates, asks, or insights - Weekly check-in messages: progress + current challenge - Respectful and direct communication - No spam or empty self-promotion
