ROLE OVERVIEW

We place a strong emphasis on UX, DX, and design. We are seeking a talented design engineer (design first) developer who can leverage TypeScript React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern web standards to build high-performance, intuitive interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences and align with our commitment to quality design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop high-quality, polished product interfaces and landing pages - Preferred tech stack: using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS - Convert Figma designs into responsive UIs with animations and micro-interactions - Improve UX/DX through thoughtful design decisions, focus on a11y and performance - Experiment and suggest new UI patterns to push the boundaries of modern web design - Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and seamless UX - Participate in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, innovative startup environment
GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- You MUST be good at designer (this is a design role first, dev role second) - Expert proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS - Strong design intuition and understanding of UX/UI principles - Experience with animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience - Plus one if you can make 3D animations with WebGL, Three.js or the likes - A passion for building beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance web interfaces
