The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of talent management, from acquisition to employee relations, and contribute to building a positive company culture. This role will work closely with the Country Head on people management strategies and collaborate with department leads to address staffing, talent, and other HR matters.

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
1. At least 5 years experience in senior marketing roles around gaming, tech or ecommerce
2. Preferably, possess great knowledge and experience in web3, particularly within the gaming sector
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing and community engagement
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
5. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
6. Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and emerging technologies
7. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for YGG Pililipinas’ game and brand partners
2. Lead event marketing initiatives for YGG Pilipinas online and offline events such as YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip, YGG Play Summit, Metaversity workshops, and etc.
3. Conduct performance marketing for game and other client campaigns
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team
5. Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with members at all levels
