By registering to participate in the Central Coast Boxing Day Baseball Bash, I acknowledge and agree (or, where signing on behalf of a child/ward, I acknowledge and agree on their behalf) that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify the organisers, the Central Coast Baseball Association, its officers, employees, coaches and volunteers from any liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation, except to the extent caused by the proven negligence of the Association. I accept responsibility for ensuring that I (or my child/ward) am fit to participate and for arranging appropriate personal insurance cover.
