Neighbor x Folk Events

Hey Neighbor - you’re invited to participate in our event series!

Location: Neighbor x Folk, Michigan Central Station 

Days: Saturdays & Sundays

Times: 10AM - 12PM and/or 2PM - 4PM 


What We Provide:

Participant Management: Assistance with outreach, curation, and coordination for participant onboarding.

Ticketing & Registration Management: Comprehensive handling of all ticketing logistics via Eventbrite, including providing an advance list of attendees before each program week.

Promotion & Outreach Commitment: Dedicated promotion via social media, newsletters, and word of mouth. Active efforts to maximize attendance.

Event Logistics: Support for event setup, including providing suitable tables, seating, and soft furnishings.

Accessibility: General FAQs covering public and vendor access.

What You Provide:

Accurate & Detailed Event Information: Clear and complete event details.

Staffing & Execution: Team to handle setup, leadership, and breakdown of the event.

Self-Sufficient Community Programming: Events aligned with your area of expertise.

Sign-Up Process: Once this form is completed, the Neighbor x Folk Detroit team will follow up with you regarding the next steps for scheduling.
