RDF Uganda Field Agent Application - Masaka

Rural Development Foundation (RDF) Uganda is a microfinance institution dedicated to empowering rural communities. Our mission is to provide affordable financial services within arm’s reach to the underserved, ensuring secured socio-economic well-being. RDF is located with its Head Office at Plot 20 Birch Avenue, Kizungu, Masaka, and operates under a core philosophy to address poverty, ignorance, and disease by bridging financial gaps through tailored loans and financial literacy.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Field Agents based in Masaka. This critical role focuses on reconnecting with our clients and expanding our microfinance services to the underserved.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

- Systematically re-engage and follow up with our clients.

- Conduct fieldwork and travel locally within Masaka for client visits.

- Accurately collect and record client data using a mobile device. - Serve as a community link, promoting RDF's mission and services.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must be a graduate or graduate student. They should be resilient, a strong communicator, and committed to our mission. You must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and have a passion for community upliftment. Prior experience in microfinance or data collection is a strong advantage.
