What You’ll Do
Drive revenue for your branch by executing sales strategies and meeting KPIs.
Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
Manage inventory records, ensure accurate POS updates, and track stock levels.
Optimise staff scheduling based on footfall; liaise with HR on manpower planning.
Ensure full compliance with UK regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with senior management on local marketing and promotional initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years’ retail sales or store-management experience (FMCG or 3C sector a plus).
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Clear, confident communicator and inspirational team leader.
Flexible availability—including weekends and holidays—plus willingness to travel locally if needed.
Proficiency with POS systems, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
The Package
Base salary: £30,000 per annum.
