But I believe, I can create an environment that enables YOU to do so - not a coaching program, not a leadgen agency - but something more holistic that incorporates all operational factors that you need to build your business. And surely, I'm not talking about being a growth operator. I have spent every last second of the last 12 months working on this vision - 100 + podcasts, 1000 of community meetings - decoding the online social media space which I never understood in my first businesses.

Sales Process Questions

If you are a B2C company, please address this as your primary process for securing influencers, and channel partners.
These questions have been developed working with thousands of companies at a high level. It is important you take it seriously - so we then, will take the output (your "walkthrough" guide) seriously.
Describe your ICP - be extremely specific as to both company characteristic, and personal demographics and psychographics. THIS IS KEY FOR INTROS!
Describe your product/service or offer. Give special attention to the competitive landscape, your pricing, and how the offer is recieved
What is your current leadflow? Describe primary channel - and # of meetings per week. If this comes from outbound, referrals, or inbound - please be specify
Describe your sales process. Important tidbits are - how long it takes to close, call structure, who does what in sales process (size of team) etc.
