Mosaic Multicultural Connections will be closed 24 December 2025 – 5 January 2026. Referrals are still welcome, however due to limited worker availability and high complex needs
caseloads, referrals received after 8 December 2025 will be placed on a waitlist.
As the referrer, please inform your client that their referral will be reviewed and decided at our next allocations meeting on 6 January 2026 and that they utilise the following resources in the meantime:
