Please list a few dates coming up that you'd be available for your appointment. I don't often work weekends but can sometimes make them work if you need. Please include if you need time specifics. If you are fully available you can just say that.
If you Prefer to have a quite appointment with minimal talking during tattoo time, please feel free to let me know.
Extra info: If there is anything important you'd like me to know, please feel free to include it below. I.e: accessibility needs, conversational triggers, things you are nervous about, 'this is my first tattoo' etc. Please note the studio has three flights of stairs on entry, I can always organise to tattoo you at a different location if you'd like.
