Scuola FLL Summer Camp Interest Form

FIRST LEGO League introduces STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) to young children through fun, exciting hands-on learning.

Participants gain real-world problem-solving experiences through a guided, global robotics program using LEGO technology, helping today’s students, families, and educators build a better future together.

-> Date: August 25-29

-> Time: 9am - 3pm

-> Location: 1817 Richardson Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A 1L0

-> Age requirement: Grade 4-8

-> Fee: $249 ( Early Bird, register by May 31 ) / $325 ( Regular )

Please note: All equipment and materials will be provided. All children are asked to bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinks, as no food or beverages will be provided.

The 2025 Scuola FLL Summer Camp is on a first-come, first-served basis. After filling out this form, if your child is among the first 24 registrants, we will contact you shortly with a confirmation email and next steps.

I hereby authorize the participation of my child in the 2025 Scuola FLL Summer Camp. I have provided all relevant medical and emergency information and understand the terms of participation. I acknowledge that if my child damages or breaks any provided equipment, I will be held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. I also understand that while every reasonable effort will be made to ensure a safe environment, participation in hands-on activities involves inherent risks, and I release Scuola and all affiliated members/counsellors from liability for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the camp. I understand that Scuola is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to camp. In the event of an emergency, I give permission for the camp staff to administer first aid to my child if I, the listed emergency contacts, or healthcare professionals cannot be reached in time.
