About the workshop

Ever felt like running a student space club is like launching a rocket with shortage of money and labour? We've been there.

Join Natalia Mizera for a workshop packed with brutally honest insights, real-life examples, and field-tested strategies. Natalia is the ex-chairwoman of AGH Space Systems, a student team with globally recognised achievements. The strategies are designed specifically for student leaders in the space field.

This session is all about practical student leadership - the kind that actually gets things done. From securing funding and navigating university bureaucracy, to unlocking labs at 2AM and making sure your team texts back on time, you’ll learn what really works when you're in the trenches of student project life.

You’ll discover how to delegate tasks like a pro, structure the chaos of deadlines and grant applications, and prevent burnout - for both yourself and your team. We’ll also dive into how to handle tricky personalities without becoming the “bad guy,” and how to build a strong club culture.

Whether you’re stepping into a leadership role for the first time, or just trying to make it through another semester of project logistics, this workshop will leave you with actionable tools and tactics you’ll actually use.

Registration is not required, but it will help us share the workshop details with you.
