Job Description

As a customer success manager and GTM engineer, your mission is to work with our clients to make sure they're getting as many quality leads while making the process friction-less for them. 

This is a client facing role, so communication skills and attention to detail is critical.

Expected Compensation Range: - Junior: $2700/mo (base) + performance and internal bonuses. - Mid-level: $3100/mo (base) + performance and internal bonuses. - Senior: $3400/mo (base) + performance and internal bonuses. - Principle: $3700/mo (base) + performance and internal bonuses. Your biggest priorities are: 1 - Develop & optimize cold email campaigns that drive results 2 - Build strong long term relationships with clients 3 - Manage projects to make sure everything is done timely Requirements - Understanding of automated B2B cold email outreach - Native level English speaking & written skills - Reliable internet and quiet office space - Tech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone, fast wifi / computer) - Available from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday-Friday Experience with: - Smartlead.ai or Instantly.ai - Clay.com - Apollo.io - Proven experience creating cold email campaigns that drive results Role Responsibilities: - Develop outreach strategy with clients and internal team - Create targeted lead lists - Manage and monitor outreach campaigns - Review client KPI's & optimize based on results - Escalate requests to clients & brainstorm with client to address them - Communicate with clients about campaign results - Report internally & externally on campaign results - Manage client projects to make sure they are done on time Day-To-Day Tasks: Since we are quickly growing, the exact tasks you will be doing may shift over time however here is what you can broadly expect to be doing basis: - Creating lead lists - Creating and uploading campaigns - Optimizing campaigns & reporting data internally - Answering client questions via Slack, Email, and Google Meet - Updating project statuses in our internal systems - Proactively updating and reaching out to clients - Onboarding calls with new clients - Client strategy and check-in calls
