This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and (“HLN”). By engaging HLN’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein, and acknowledges that this Agreement forms the foundation of all professional dealings between HLN and the Client.
The Client understands and accepts that:
▫️ This Agreement grants HLN and its affiliated entity, , the legal authority to enforce all terms, obligations, and deliverables agreed upon.
▫️ Any breach, violation, or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement may result in being taken against the Client, including but not limited to claims for damages, recovery of service fees, and enforcement of contractual obligations.
▫️ HLN reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or take corrective measures if the Client acts in bad faith, provides false information, withholds required approvals or payments, or fails to meet agreed timelines or deliverables.
▫️ The , whether through HLN’s platforms or external channels. HLN shall bear no liability for content originating from the Client that infringes on third-party rights, violates platform policies, or breaches any applicable laws or regulations.

The Client affirms that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement and agree to comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property and commercial obligations relevant to HLN’s services.
