2. Student and Parent/Guardian Agreements

Please read the following policies and statements carefully. Your signature at the end confirms your understanding and agreement to all terms.

Commitment & Attendance Policy

Campers are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances unless an absence is approved in advance by the camp directors.

Rehearsals run Monday through Thursday, 5:30-8:30 pm, with performances on July 25 (2 pm, 7 pm) and 26 (2 pm).

More than 3 absences are grounds to be removed from the program.

Participants agree to arrive on time, ready to work, and with a positive attitude.

Conduct and Harassment Policy

Redline Theatre Company fosters a respectful, creative, and inclusive environment. Participants agree to:

Treat fellow campers, staff, and volunteers with kindness and professionalism.

Follow directions from directors, choreographers, and production staff.

Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

Maintain a “no bullying” and “no exclusion” policy — both in person and online.

Respect rehearsal spaces, props, and costumes; any damage caused by negligence may incur replacement fees.

Understand that we have a technology-free zone. All phone/tablet usage, unless given special permission from a guardian in advance, is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with the Conduct and Harassment Policy may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Tuition & Payment

Tuition must be paid in full prior to the first day of camp. Payment methods accepted: Check, Zelle, or PayPal. (Zelle is preferred) Tuition covers instruction, materials, and production expenses.

Cancellations made before June 11, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued after June 11, 2026.

If Redline Theatre Company must cancel the program, full refunds will be issued.
