Join the Assembly Market 2025 Volunteer Team!

Assembly Market is back for 2025, bringing together a vibrant mix of local makers, food vendors, cultural activities, and community fun. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to help us create an unforgettable experience for all our visitors.

📅 Dates: September 27 & 28, 2025
🕒 Choose Your Time: half-day shifts, or full-day shifts
🎯 Choose Your Role:

* Guest Welcome & Information Booth
* Vendor Support & Coordination
* Activity & Game Assistance
* Event Set-Up & Pack-Down
* First Aider – Provide first aid support when needed
* Crowd Control – Assist in managing attendee flow and ensuring a safe, orderly environment for all visitors
* Photography & Social Media Support

As part of our volunteer team, you will get the chance to work behind the scenes, meet amazing people, and contribute to a unique event that celebrates creativity, culture, and community spirit. Whether you love event coordination, welcoming guests, assisting vendors, or supporting activities, there’s a role for you.

Volunteering at Assembly Market 2025 is all about community, fun, and teamwork. Our volunteer roles are unpaid, but they come with great memories, new friends, and the joy of making the event a success.

We’ll do our best to match you with your preferred role, but sometimes we may ask you to help out in other areas to keep things running smoothly. While we take safety seriously, please remember that you join at your own risk and should follow all event guidelines.

If your role involves First Aid duties, we’ll make sure you have the right qualifications or a quick briefing before you start.
