And I am on a hunt for a Product Development Intern for women's footwear (heels and flats)
This is a deep dive into the business of footwear in India, not just design. We need the individual to have a technical insight and the creativity to help bring our next collection to life.
Role: Product Development Intern (Women's flats and heels).
Required: 3rd or 4th-year student from NIFT or FDDI with prior product development internship experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Creation: You should have technical know-how on how we solve for blisters and slipping sling backs(I am here to guide dw). The ability to come up with ideas and execute them via multiple sampling.
2. Sourcing & Market Exploration: You will actively research and identify new raw materials, fabrics, and other components to develop our upcoming collections, helping us find innovative and skin-sensitive options in the market.
3. Collaborative Design: You will create sketches and concepts into commercially viable products. You will be responsible for the technical details behind new footwear concepts. This includes developing tech packs, creating detailed specifications, and ensuring the final product meets our quality and design standards.

1. Compensation: Obviously paid (will discuss during selection)
2. Location: Delhi (our work will be hybrid)
3. Days and time: Monday to Friday from 11 am to 6 pm
4. Duration: It is a 6-month internship
