I always run out of energy midway into any long ride

I find that I need to schedule a midway stop to ensure I can make it to the end of the ride

I occasionally run out of energy midway through a long ride but it does not happen regularly

I find I only run out of energy midway through longer rides when conditions are tough i.e Fast pace, especially hilly or a really hot day

I never run out of energy midway through a longer ride

I do not have a good top end power and struggle to hold any high power output at all

My top-end power struggles once I hit the midway point of a ride and I find myself struggling to accelerate through junctions or around corners 

My top end power is ok but I would like to improve it

I have a good top end power but cannot maintain it for more than a few seconds

I feel my top end power is pretty strong 

I always struggle to stay with the group as the pace increases

I struggle with keeping up with the group around corners and on hills but manage to hold onto surges on the flats

I manage to hold onto surges at the beginning of a ride but always struggle towards the end

I manage to hold onto the group on the majority of surges, junctions, corners etc 

I never have an issue staying with a group as it surges

I struggle to hold my speed (power) as soon as my legs start to hurt

I can hold my speed (power) for a very short period of time once my legs start to burn

I can ride out of my comfort zone at the start of a ride but over halfway through a ride, I then struggle to ride out of my comfort zone

I can ride out of my comfort zone for a while but my heart rate is at its max 

I am very good at pushing through when I am out of my comfort zone

Hilly rides drain my energy and my pace gets slower and slower throughout the ride

I can maintain my pace for the first half of the ride but towards the end of a hilly ride I struggle and my pace noticeably slows

I am able to push it up all the climbs but my speed on the flats suffers and I can not maintain my pace (speed)

I can maintain my pace on the flats but my legs tire on the hills and my pace noticeably drops up all the climbs 

I am able to maintain my average speed (my pace) on a hilly ride

I can ride at a steady pace for 2 hours without stopping

I can ride for 3 hours at a steady pace without a stop

I can manage 4 hours of steady riding without having to stop

I can ride for over 5 hours at a steady pace without having to stop
