The Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the Civil Service Institute (CSI) recognizes its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates or destructs from the registered participants. The confidential data obtained from this Form will be used for its intended purposes only and will only be accessed by the CSC/CSI authorized personnel.
Further, the CSC values its client's personal data and will process it for its intended purposes only. Clients may exercise all the rights of the data subjects as mandated under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 such as the right to be informed; the right to access; the right to object; the right to erasure and blocking; the right to rectify; the right to file a complaint; the right to damages; and the right to data portability.
