1. You must fill out and complete this form to be registered as a potential client. If I have chosen you as my client, I will message you using the contacts you have provided. 2. Payments will be up-front for the slot and will only be accepted through PayPal. 3. Refunds are only allowed before the sketch is completed. 4. I will not accept requests that include the following; anti-LGBT, anti-progressive, antisemitic, nationalist, misogynistic, racist or zionist imagery, text or themes. 5. Complex designs/machines will be accepted on a case-by-case basis if I feel that I am able to draw it for you. 6. I will not tolerate any abusive language and can refuse to complete your commission (issuing a refund immediately) if you behave inappropriately. Treat others how you want to be treated. Additionally, I am not a licensed therapist, nor am I equipped to offer any advice on mental health issues. Please do not trauma-dump or vent to me. 7. I will only accept major changes to the drawing if it is done so before the end of the sketching phase. If you would like any major changes afterwards, you must pay for it—in which case, prices will be discussed between me and the client. 8. Send visual references including ones that resemble the pose exact you want. I highly recommend looking at art, posing and modelling websites. I will not accept AI generated references. 9. I may stream myself working on your commission on Discord, so please inform me if you do not wish for it to be streamed or shown to anyone. 10. Do not re-post commissions without crediting me, even if you may have paid me to draw for you, it's still my work and falls under my creative commons license. 11. Do not use any of my artwork as paid content for services, such as; Patreon, Ko-Fi Memberships, or Subscribestar. Additionally, I will not hold off on posting the commission so that you can profit off of my work first. 12. You are not allowed to use my artwork in any AI image generators. 13. You are, in no circumstance, ever allowed to mint my artwork as NFTs, nor associate anything about me or my works with the blockchain. I will issue a DMCA take-down notice if you attempt to sell my artwork, without my expressed permission to do so. Terms are subject to change at any time.
